The trend of Red Velvet is hitting the town. A light chocolate red color butter cake, layer with cream cheese and cover in cheese frosting has really makes the demand of this cake goes wild. Cheese goers find this cake really tasty.
I've tried my very best of not using the artificial coloring for the cake. I've experimenting the usage of beet root and mulberry to get the vibrant color. Beet root works best.
