All about Tomyam


Most of the time, most of us only use tomyam paste in tomyam soup. What else can we do with tomyam paste?. I love to use tomyam paste in my fried noodle (vermicelli) and fried rice. The taste of these dishes are wonderful.

Tomyam Fried Rice

Tomyam Fried Noodle (Rice Vermicelli)
Recipe

Tomyam Fried Rice or Tomyam Fried Noodle (Rice Vermicelli)
2-3 bowls of rice @ 1 packet of rice vermicelli
Shallots & garlics (blend)
3 tbsp tomyam paste
Dried shrimp
Cabbage, carrot, parsley, tomato (any vege of your choice)
Salt (to taste)
Water (for those who like "meehun goreng basah"
Some oil to fry
Fresh shrimps @ Fresh Squids @ chicken @ beef (your choice)
# do not mix seafood with chicken or beef (in accordance to the sunnah)

Fry the ingredients like we make normal fried noodle or fried rice (the different- tomyam paste instead of chilly paste)

To add flavour, spread some fresh squeeze of lemon or lime juice before serving/eating
