My youngest daughter, Baby loves to lend a helping hand in the kitchen. While I am busy cooking and baking, she will also make herself busy by helping me in weighing the ingredients, sieving the flour, mixing the batter, decorating the sweet treats, pre-heating the oven, cleaning up the mess and in almost everything. Having her in the kitchen is really handy. To support her passion I will let her do her own creation and baking the simple cupcakes, cakes and cookies.

These two international celebrity chefs have indeed influenced my passion in baking and cooking. I can watch their television programs again and again for countless times. Inspired by their passions and creations, I make a point trying out their recipes and share them with family and friends. Watching these two chefs in their programs is so much fun. It is so inspiring and motivating seeing them in action or even by reading through the recipe books.

PASSION...

What's so great about it? Some might say...it is just a word, no big deal, some would say... it's a word with thousand meaning..Well, it depends on how you look at it. For me, a big word like PASSION.. can be translated and expressed into so many different meanings and things. My passion is in cooking and beading. I love spending my time in the kitchen, cooking and baking wonderful and awesome dishes and delicacies.

My second love is with the sparkling and shimmering shines of beading creation and design. Taking up both passion has actually fill up my time with good things.
