Macarons' fever has seem to hit everybody in Malaysia, especially those in Klang Valley. The cute round Italian sweet chewy munchies are tricky to make. The 1'st trial of baking the macarons came out incredibly pretty, though not as pretty as the professional did it. The second time was a disaster, as I only remember to add in the sugar after the meringue has been formed, as a result the "feet" did not come out at all, though the cheek is chubby enough for a good macarons. The 3'rd time went okay, though the so called "feet" of the macarons is not really pretty..and the attempt goes on and on, some went extremely well, some became a disaster, some came out "okay lorrrr"!!!
The critical 5 minutes, having a good so called cheek is a must
Next stage, seeing the "feet" came out was a relief
